Author Guidelines


Manuscript Types: The journal accepts various types of manuscripts, including original research articles, review articles, case studies, theoretical or conceptual papers, and commentaries. Authors should clearly indicate the type of manuscript submitted.


Formatting and Structure: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or a compatible format, using 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced. The structure of the manuscript should include the following sections: title page, abstract, introduction, methods (for research articles), results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments (if applicable), and references.


Title Page: The title page should include the full title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, corresponding author’s contact information (including email address), and any acknowledgments or funding information.


Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of no more than 250 words, summarizing the purpose, methods (for research articles), key findings, and implications of the study. For other types of manuscripts, provide a concise summary of the main arguments or content.


Introduction: Clearly state the background, objectives, and research questions (for research articles) or main purpose of the manuscript. Provide a concise review of relevant literature and establish the context for the study.


Methods: For research articles, describe the study design, data collection methods, and analytical approaches in detail. Ensure that ethical considerations and approval, if applicable, are addressed. For other types of manuscripts, outline the theoretical framework or conceptual basis of the manuscript.


Results: Present the findings of the study or main arguments, supported by appropriate data, figures, or tables. Interpret the results objectively and avoid duplication of information provided in tables or figures.


Discussion: Analyze and interpret the findings or arguments, comparing them with existing literature. Discuss the implications, limitations, and significance of the study or manuscript. Provide recommendations for future research or practice, if applicable.


Conclusion: Summarize the main findings or key points of the manuscript. Clearly state the implications and relevance of the study or manuscript for healthcare service excellence.


References: Follow a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, or Chicago) for in-text citations and the reference list. Ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list and vice versa.

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and have clear titles and captions. Ensure that they are of high quality and can be easily understood without excessive reliance on color.
